You are exempt from daily overtime as long as you do not work more than 40 hours or 6 days in any week (in non-emergency).  In case of emergency, you will receive overtime at 1.5 x your hourly rate of pay after 40 hours in a week or for work on the 7th consecutive day.

If you regularly work more than 40 hours or 6 days in a week, you are entitled to 1.5 X  your hourly rate of pay after 8 hours in a day, after 40 hours in a week, & the first 8 hours on the 7th consecutive day and 2 X your hourly rate of pay after 12 hours in a day or after 8 hours on the 7th consecutive day
